hey, Yesterday, I've been walking down my street and noticed people doing something with people's catv cables, then ntl tv was down, today it's up again and quality is MUCH better then it was before, it's very clear, I called ntl and asked about it, the guy said, their systems weren't upgraded yet, but those are usually…

hey,

Yesterday, I've been walking down my street and noticed people doing something with people's catv cables, then ntl tv was down, today it's up again and quality is MUCH better then it was before, it's very clear, I called ntl and asked about it, the guy said, their systems weren't upgraded yet, but those are usually the symptoms of broadband upgrade, they are boosting the signal.

Has anyone else heard anything about this?
