Has anyone got the exact department and address to send this crowd a cheque? I don't want any mishaps as I've read the numerous horror stories associated with their notorious billing department. I'm not positive but I wouldn't send a cheque to any companies customer care. It would either get delayed or lost.

Best bet is sending it to their accounst receivable.

If you have credit or laser card, I'm sure you could pay over the phone.
