Generic ISP log-in

Hi, Is there any "generic" log-in set-up for dial-up internet? I don' want the bother of looking for a CD or filling out forms on the internet. Alls I'm looking for is: Dial 1892 XXX XXX Username (free) Password (password) ISP provider is not that important. Thanks for your help!
