FTP Problems with Eircom?

I have just switched from Esat BT broadband to Eircom broadband, and suddenly my FTPs have started failing - I can get a few files to transfer, but then they start to fail - transfer rates go down to zero... Have tried using different packages, from both windows and linix boxes... anybode had a similar problem, or any…

Honestly though it appears to be a problem with eircoms...so give them a ring.
Why did you go to eircom anyway?
