Two lines better than one?

Hi all, I'm currently on the Digiweb "Bizjet Enchanced" with 3mb/256kb but my ping is regularly 150ms+ on most servers. What I'm wondering is if I switch to another provider (EsatBT or Eircom perhaps??) and get two lines with 1mb/256kb do ye think I'd see much of an improvement with the pings? Which is the best DSL…

Which is the best DSL provider to go with if I do switch? (I'm pretty sure Smart isn't available here in Athenry and NTL definately isn't)

So could anyone even tell me which DSL provider would be best to go with? (Excluding Digiweb and Smart of course).
