Smart to upgrade to 256k?

I've been talking to one of those Smart reps to see when the Ballyboden exchange is coming on and I got the usual its on our network build program crap I was asking when they were going to increase upload speeds and he mumbled something about always trying to keep above eircom and there was some rumours about 256k upload.…

In retrospect I should of got that guys name, hopefully its true, maybe Garfield can shed some light on this rumour
