    No problem here in Riverwood. Haven't rebooted the modem for a day or two.

    How often do you NTL boyo's have to reset your BB equipment???

    As a BT customer I normially do it once a week!

    In Riverwood too, bit of a joke takes an hour to connect so just have to leave the modem on as much as possible

    It just locks up once a week or so and a restart is required.

    Something to do with onboard memory filling up with too many IP addresses or something...if you/someone can help me out then please try as its annoying when it happens in the middle of a large download.
    And Im not the only one complaining.
