Does anyone know who is the lady on the statue on cruises street? And was it a gift from the town of Quimper?

    Who is she?

Y would Quimper give us a gift, did we give them anything?

Its weird how crusis cafe has the statue of her as their logo and noe they have pulled out of crusis street, yet across the country she is on there signs?

Whats the story with Spoknane (or something along those lines)? How come they are never mentioned as a sister city its always Quimper?!?
