Recently, after they upgraded their BB lines ive been hearing my friends complain how they cant see pictures on http://www.myspace.com
not sure if they are having trouble with other websites but its mainly that ?

unsure if its just BB, could be all of eircom, pics just dont load.

Also my wireless is picking up eircom ? hmmm , WEP'd though.

Hmm, possibly someone on an eircom connection was doing a mass get of pictures, or something, and they blocked the subnet from accessing images?

on eircom 2 meg line and i can't see the pictures but when i use my ibb connection i can see them , so it must just be an eircom thing .

I suspect it's one of Eircom's netblocks. I'm on Eircom DSL, and can see them.

Could be an MTU problem.... try submitting a large form full of information to a site or something... if it takes aaaaaages to submit then it's probably MTU... (search the boards for more information)

    123.45.xxx.xxx

Eircom has at least two like that for their DSL, AFAIK. If this IS the problem, an external proxy would work.
