Problem with TV tuner

I have the Tevion 7134 TV Tuner, bought it in aldi a few months ago. I ran windows update and it said there's an update for my TV Tuner, so I download and install it. It screwed up the PVR software. Wouldn't start, so I reinstalled the original software. Now my tuner won't tune in any channels, and whenever its running,…

I have the Tevion 7134 TV Tuner, bought it in aldi a few months ago. I ran windows update and it said there's an update for my TV Tuner, so I download and install it. It screwed up the PVR software. Wouldn't start, so I reinstalled the original software. Now my tuner won't tune in any channels, and whenever its running, icons on the desktop refresh every 2 seconds or so. How do I get rid of the first driver? It was called SAA7134 TV Card - Video Capture, but its not in add/remove programs.

If you're running XP you could try system restore for a quick fix...
