((3-1)+7)*100 - (75-25) = 850

500+3=503

It's not that bad (100-1)*7+75+25*3 = 843
yours is actually a lot more difficult since you did not pick any number from the top row !

(5x8) + 2=42
42x(3+6)=378
378-5=373
