i still think that all they mean by that is that they will have everyone upgraded by the 4th, i cant see them upgrading and then limiting until monday doesnt make sense, they might do but i just cant see it happening

i got 320Kbps before upgrade
now im on 400Kbps according to tests
im meant to be on 2Mbit and the lucan exchange is done loool

Perhaps your phone line is a piece of ****? How far are you from the exchange? Are you sure there's not more than 1 exchange serving lucan?
