    What do you need in addition to compiling the source to be able to get the entire game working?

    Also the source gives a lot of warnings when compiling - is this meant to happen?

    All the code, artwork, maps and music.

    You have to pay for that. The source code just allows you to build mods and stuff. I think it went open source though, which means you can "technically" download it for free it say, it had all original textures and stuff ;)
