I use 22/7 if I can. Makes things easier. Also, yeah, this is pretty definitive of nerds.

I think it's fairly safe to say that everyone who uses the CTYI forum is a nerd. Computers and a forum for a smart kids camp. :rolleyes: And yes, I am clearly a nerd.

An irrational number is a number that continues on to infinity, ie it cannot be expressed as a single decimal.

Just for kicks, the square root of 2 is something in the region of 1.4142135623730950488016887242097...

While pi is about 3.1415926535897932384626433832795...

My "contribution":
Two functions, f(x) and f(y) walk into a bar one day. They see all the other functions dancing and having a great time, but then they see e^x sitting on his own at the bar. So they go up to him and say "Whats wrong e^x, why don't you go integrate with the other functions?". e^x responds, "Why bother, it wouldn't make a difference"
