Undo Quick Format on Win 98.

Is there a way to reverse/undo a quick format on a win 98 partition? Is there any way to recover the backup of the fat table. I'm pretty sure nothing has been written to the drive since and it was definitely just quick formatted.

Thanks Gosh I had Googled that but ideally I would like to restore the Fat Table if possible. I will try that if all else fails as I want to avoid filename corruption if possible..
