just been listening to the exploited, and they seem to think so.

I think he was a messed up guy destroyed by drugs.

Also a dreadful bassist but we'll leave that

Nah but seriously the guy was destroyed so I don't know if, even if he was guitly, you could consider him responsible.

Agreed.

Even if he did do it (as i said before) I don't think he would have been fully responsible (in my opinion, I don't care what yis think of responsibilty for your own actions but I'm sure we'll hear about it anyway....) and also we'll never know...

No one will ever know. I'd like to think he didn't, but it's unprovable. He was probably capable of anything.

He was a ****ed up junkie. I'd say it's probable.

On the subject of Sid, there's an interesting article on his truly ****ed up upbringing in the current issue of Mojo, he's on the cover.

Poor bastard, he never had a chance, though I had to laugh when John Lydon described him as a "coat hanger" when they reformed for those Filthy Lucre gigs in the 90's
