emm, have a browse around on the o2 site
see if you have to enable the mms on their site to show them you have a mms phone,
or on their site have a look around and get them to send you the mms/wap settings again or ring them for them

My sister had this problem with Vodafone a few days ago. Basically, your account isn't provisioned for MMS even though its set up for GPRS. At least this is what the voda rep told me.

Call O2 and get them to set up MMS for you.
