apart from the obvious categories outlined in the forum request post, what else would you like to vote on? all i can think of at the moment is "best voice acting in a game" and "best ost" (metroid prime 2 is a shoe-in for that one)

"most f*cked up game launch of the year" aka "box it up and ship it out"

HL2 seems like a shoo-in. Driv3r could be a good bet though, coz there's no excuse whatever for releasing a console game that needs patches. Doom3 went pretty smooth I suppose, even if they forgot to include "gaming content" in the .pak files.
Still you can't beat I-War - needing to patch before you can install is inspirational stuff.

Biggest Dissappoinment of 2004 - Doom 3?
Biggest Ligger PC Mag - Pc Zone?
Worst Game of 2004 - could be controversial but then we dont buy bad games do we so how can we know.
