I was just about to order off the Amazon wishlist, but I noticed there is a 'price per month'. What's that all about?

Accross the top it says

I'd imagine it's an amazon glitch

Thanks, I must be blind. Just took an item through to checkout and it all works fine so nothing to worry about.
