    hi folks

    anyone know much about walsh transforms? im a newbie to all these algoritms and the like. have a project involving walsh transforms and a spartan/fpga board.

    anyone good with this stuff? im a transfer student and we did none of this stuff in my diploma. now in third yr of degree.
