    Every military operation must be planned, checked re-planned and then started from the beginning again.

    Plus its never too early to plan.

    What needs to be planned before announcements are made?

    If it's pimped too early people will be pretty damn bored with it before the time comes for donations & participation.

    Amazon list should write itself though general input is always a good thing. Dev set up a bank account last year, I'm sure that's still active.

    Some events wouldn't be a bad idea. Maybe see if the good folks of boardstock might want to play for the strike force. Charity poker tournament for the gamblers. Table quiz possibly. Maybe we could get some sponsors to donate stuff to auction through the for sale board or raffle at the boards xmas beers.

    Ideas anyone?

    DeV said he is currently setting up a website for all SSF traffic.
    It'll have affiliate links to amazon etc (with proceeds going to charity of course)
    and lots more stuff. Not sure if he mentioned a forum.
