Touts and bribary

OK I dont have a ticket whats my best option. Is bribing a gate official an option? Where is the best place to find touts and when and how much will I have to pay out? Id particularly like to hear from someone who has gone without a ticket before and successfully entered.

I vaguely remember the touts last year being around the buses in Parnell Square.
