I had this today, very good:

    3 tablespoons of olive oil,
    1 tablespoon of cider vinegar,
a few drops of Balsamic vinegar,
a pinch of powdered mustard (e.g. Coleman's English),
    pepper

Mix the lot and put on salad.

    teh yum!

neev, if you have no interest in mustard then you don't have to read the forum. Comments such as that really aren't helpful and may discourage others from sharing their tasty tips.

Aw boo! Freedom of mustard information is a noble ideal we should all aspire to, say I.

I would reconsider that if I were you
what if you get run over by a big, out of control truck tomorrow? the secret would die with you and what a great loss that would be to the world
    think of others won't you?
    and of course, the children.....

Yeah, deffo need a bit of honey and garlic on top of the balsamic and mustard. Sometimes I like to put in some grated hard cheese if it's to be a crunchy salad.

    Why did the tomato blush?
Because it saw the salad dressing.

    2 Tablespoons of Greek Yoghurt
2 Teaspoons of strong wholegrain mustard (or more to taste)
    Squeeze of Lemon Juice
    1.5 teaspoons runny honey
    crushed garlic (to taste)
    Black Pepper
    Salt.

Beat it all up and drizzle over salad. Tastier than it sounds!
