    i dont even know if this is the right spot for this thread, but i'm sure some of you can help me out.

    i keep seeing threads with abbreviations all over them, but i have no idea what they mean.
    here's a few, i'm sure there's others, maybe you could add them too.

    imo - in my opinion, i presume
    inho - above + humble
    tbh?
    i'm sure i've seen others, but i cant think of them

    also, what is trolling?
    also, i see people with 'awards' in their signatures and stuff about comeonbanus. Whats all that about?

    It's so much more than the sum of the first letters of the word it stands for. I also use it in speech.

    not sure about this one but if you see (sic) at the end of a comment it is supposed to indicate sarcasm. don't know if thats right though

    Sic means thus in Latin. When quoting someone, you use it where you think they have made spelling or grammar mistakes.

    I came across the accepted explanation for this lately. Apparently it is a typo originally and came about with a web game of Doom or CS or summat.
