this is a long shot - i'd really need to watch the episodes first i guess - here goes:

1. the wink - george gets a promotion in work (new job)

2. the chaperone - elaine gets a new job with mr. pitt &
kramer gets a job as the beauty contestant's coach.

3. the abstinence - jerry gets bumped from career day and elaine uses her boyfriends occupation (doctor) as a psychological tool to make others jealous.

so in conclusion - all 3 episodes are all linked through the shared theme of careers.

am i right? (thought not!)
