Who was your childhood celebrity 'crush'?

It's weird how before you even know what sex is or when you think girls are icky that you can still fancy people on television. Of course, at the time you don't know that you fancy them but there's just something about them that you like.

Anyway, I had a thing for Michaela Strachan when she used to be on the Wide Awake Club (that was the programme with Timmy Mallet and Tommy Boyd and set in a house, wasn't it?)

Yeah, Michaela Strachan was pretty hot all right. Come to think of it, I saw her on one of those late night "infomercial" type thingys on the telly a while back plugging some CD boxset ("The Best Of The '80's", I think it was) and she's still looking pretty damn good.

By the way, anyone remember her on "The Really Wild Show"? And who could forget her on "The Hitman And Her" with Pete Waterman?

As for my own celebrity crushes growing up, hmmm, let me see. Susanna Hoffs from The Bangles was pretty damn hot, so was Belinda Carlisle (looked damn good in the video for "Heaven Is A Place On Earth") and Debbie Harry was a looker in her day as well, but one of my major crushes from the world of music was Wendy James from Transvision Vamp. I don't know what it was, but she stirred up feelings in me that, at the time, were very strange (but very nice!

) as a 12 year old!

Anyone remember the girl who used to be in "The Fall Guy" with Lee Majors? Now she was damn hot as well! As was Erin Gray who played Wilma Deering in "Buck Rogers In The 25th Century" I know there were lots of other famous women who I found attractive growing up but I'll have to have a bit of a think and get back to you with some of the others.

The only one that I can remember, simply because it was my first crush was the girl in the original Jurassic Park. I had a huge crush on her for ages for some reason, I can't remember a thing about her now though. Funny really, she was prolly ugly as **** as well, but at the time...

Gonna look up the credits online to see who she was, then google it, find a pic of then and now for a laugh, and post them in. Back later with more info.
