Uv & blacklights

    Any Irish sites or suppliers of Blacklights (those purple neon light that show up the dust and sh1t on your clothes.

    Looking for a few prices and suppliers.

    i got mine in maplin a year or 2 ago forget the price but it could have been round the 30 euro mark

    edit: just read 2 of the replies, i assumed you meant a 4ft blacklight not one for in a pc.

    if you try different custom pc sites they sell uv lights about the fourth one down in the link is uv.

    there are loads of pc modding sites though which will stock cold cathodes :)

    You could try HiTiDE. Places like Maplins and Peats in Dublin do them too.

    B&Q in Liffey Valley sell them (four foot fittings). Last time I saw them they were about half the price of Maplins. They are in the same section as the rest of the light fittings.

    maplins bout 7 euro for bulb forum.

    EDIT: tho i have heard there not as good as the 4 footers,
    My plan is to have my room walls painted black but keep white ceeling then install a balck light and u know the way that looks on white so the roof will be reley nice looking

    I bought one of these in Maplins, and ended up returning it. It just didn't work! I bought the tube in Maplins instead, I can't remember the exact price, but it was twice the price of B&Q. Of course it was too late by the time I realised B&Q sold them :(
