Dubya claims Cuba "may have biological weapons"

The Bush administration has warned that Cuba may have a biological weapons program that represents a terrorist threat to the United States.

While it may now seem fashionable for the US to claim that every non-English speaking country under the sun has the WMB, the claim seems to have gone ungeard by all the major networks. Perhaps the fact that they still haven't found the Iraqi WMDs is proving sticky.

However when you think that a recently published CIA report points to a large, but dwindling group of suspected terrorists found on the island...

I dunno, what about all those cigars they have.
Everyone knows (thanks to our enlightened government) that tobacco products kill billions of innocent people, especially cute orphans and little old ladies, any nation making tobacco products must also have the bomb and Fidel Castro smokes so he must also club baby seals and hate freedom. It wouldn't cost them much to bomb Cuba either now would it?
