Legality of Magic mushroom

I was recently over in London and all over Camden, they are selling magic mushrooms legally everywhere. I'm not talking about the little ones we get here either, but massive evil looking, mexicans, hawaiins, philsophers stones and all.

They have a copy of the law next to them and it states that they are legal as long as they're fresh. They become illegal as soon as they are dehydrated.

Anyone know what the story is here. I know they grow naturally anyway, so they could hardly be illegal.

yeah, what you read is true. You can order fresh mushies to be delivered to Ireland. They are only illegal if you tamper with them e.g. dry them, freeze them or put them in honey etc.
