I live in North County Dublin... so where can I play around here - or in the city?

    Places to play in Dublin:

Tuesday nights in Cafe Mocha near stevens green shopping center - top floor. 7-10ish

Rest of the time: Trinity games society rooms in Goldsmith hall - though this is a bit slower now due to the summer and it generally closes before 6pm.

Various PTQ and prereleases from time to time.

If you want to get involved theres an Irish magic mailing list in egroups, its low enough traffic and gives details of all teh events going on around teh country.

Hi, i see this thread is quite old and wonder if people will see my reply as a new search. I learned to play MTG in the U.S. when I was in my 30's but now am early 40's.

I do not think it would be a good idea with other young players so is there anyone at least 20's or older who like the game and, if so, wanna meet up? Would be great if even 3 or 4 of us.

In the meantime I have two playstation accounts and Wizards of the Coast has theplaneswalkers edition on PS3 (u have to buy from an USA username but anyone can make one-the game in U.S. PSN store). I have the names usabear1968 and skerriesbear to play through the network. I would like to play live as well. I live in between Drogheda and Dundalk but am happy to come into city centre Dublin if an adults game were to be played.

    Please get back to me.
