Why do people post this type of tripe on the After Hours board?

Anyone with a tiny bit of intelligence will know the egg obviously came millions of years before the chicken, since dinosaurs and the likes reproducing by laying eggs.

Definitely the egg. Something that was one tiny genetic step away from being a chicken laid the egg from which came the first original chicken. Unless the egg in the question is specifically a chicken egg, in which case the chicken came first. I wonder if it was the same famous chicken who crossed the road....

The egg came first.
Evolution, baby.
After many changes, each pre-chicken-like-creature gave out an egg, whose contents were slightly different than the previous. Thus, when it eventually evolved into a chicken, wotever laid the egg was a pre-chicken-like-creature.
And then, pop, out come an egg. An egg which, combined with all the changes, makes it an egg with a chicken (as we know it) in it.
Wotever came before the chicken in the egg was not a chicken. Very close, but not a chicken.

Then the rooster came

Then the chicken faked it

Then when the rooster finally figured out what gave the chicken pleasure, the chicken came.

Later the chicken was accosted in a dark alley by what appeared to be a rooster. It was actually a randy Easter Bunny. From which appeared the first chocolate eggs.

seriously tho i dunno who knows:

from a biblical point of view the chicken came first as god made the creatures of the earth and the wildlife etc, during the 7 days of creation

from a scientific point of view i imagine the egg came first (now im no scientist so i very well could be wrong about this) but didn't the world exist as single celled organisms and proteins millions of years ago?? if so then the primordial ooze that covered the earth eventually evolved into life which you would assume would be the egg of a chicken since thats how chickens today are born.

but im not going to loose any sleep over it.
