    I have just started browsing through the below online debate and strongly recommend it to anyone as background reading for the ISS April public meeting. The range and quality of responses is admirable. I am aware that the debate is closing shortly, but I would be keen to open a live thread to discuss the issue constructively in the run up to the meeting. :)
