That lump on men's necks, the outer part of the voice box or larynx, is called an Adam's apple.

Women have one too, but a man's Adam's apple is at a sharper angle and seen more easily.

Hmmm. I always used the "does she have an adams apple" trick to determine whether a "girl" is a ladyboy.

So this disturbs me. I know I'll be drunk and I'll be thinking "ah jaysus well they have those adams apples too", and before I know it I'll be bending over.
