Changes in Non EU Working arrangements

Where can i get updates on changes in immigration poilcy etc? I believe there is a imminent change that allows non Eu persons that are workign in Ireland's spouses to legally work, similar to the UK. Any ideas where i can find official web info on this? Thanks

Thanks - dont think its updated - cant find any info. I assume it might be about to be approved etc - any site to see what 'bills' are about to be passed etc in the government?
