I suspect you mean cess (sess??) pool...given who Al][en works for and what they do the thought that he works in one is really quite disturbing...

Anyway, I'd like to add my commiserations. Plenty more fish in the sea though. Keep your pecker up! (I said that "in character"....just not going to tell you which character...)

Had a look at your knob Raphael. I have one very similar but not quite so shiney. Perhaps you polish yours a lot. Or perhaps you're better at polishing your knob than I am. I often try giving it a really stiff going over but it just makes my arm tired.

I asked my wife but she refused to have a go so it just sits there, grubby and covered in finger prints (not all of which appear to by mine).

Do you put anything on it or just a bit of spit?

It's obviously been well handled but I'm very impressed at how you've kept it.

    Well done!

    Keep it up!

Tank PM'ed me and told me he's working crazy shifts for a while but he'll start once the game's back under way. i havent herd from havelock in a while so im not sure if he'll play or not and then that leaves you guys.

so the game should fly along. (hopefully)

Its the new company policy. They want their employees to really get a feel for their jobs, hand on experience so to speak.

(Oh and WOOT!!!! new game turn)

    ........................................................................

that long pause was while I picked myself up off the floor in shock.

    I think I'm traumatized now.

A SLA game turn, about as common as a tub of Utterly Butterly in Al][en's company canteen...

DENIED MY ONE VENT, THE VERY THING THAT KEPT ME SANE

    You have a vent? Intriguing...

Hey don't knock Microsoft, without them Ireland wouldn't be the biggest exporter of software in the world....mind you, if the software did what it was supposed to people wouldn't need to keep upgrading and possibly wouldn't need to keep re-buying stuff off Microsoft and hence Ireland would no longer be the biggest exporter of software in the world...

...hmmm, so Microsoft is actually doing the Irish economy a great service. Yay Bill! Bill for king of Ireland ('cos I reckon we need a king).

Doesnt everyone? I thought it was a pretty standard human trait....... :(

I say we vote Tux the linux penguin for king, just to piss off Bill Gates :)

I was in character again...the existance wasn't intriguing, just the thought of it....

OOC - shudder...not sure which character is more disturbing to play..

Not sure how well it would work though. President of Namibia comes on state visit, Tux required to shake hand...oh dear, wibbly flipper gives the wrong impression.

Later at state banquet President of Namibia asks Tux to pass the hors d'ourves....oh dear what's this? A bowl of sprats?? International incident!!

It's something about the way they walk, just can't put my finger on it though....if I waddle around like a twat it doesn't seem to impress anyone...

...and smelling like fish doesn't seem to go down at all well with the ladies...

Damn you flightless bird of the ice....my envy of your elusive powers is all encompassing....

    ...maybe it's the tuxedo!

Everyone (in a beard) knows that:

The girls go crazy for a sharp dressed man....

Enter large red car....exit lovely ladies with extremely long legs and ill fitting garments.

Ok i know i said a one post a turn per day for the game (and sofar so good i must say) however its come to my attention that a few of the players wont actually be able to post at the weekend (actually the DM wouldnt be able to post most weekends too) so for the time being until i get the band which is broad at my house i wont be able to post at weekends.

The game will run Mon to Fri (or when ever i work weekends) for a while until we can all get regular access to the net at home

(well at least the game is running again)
