buing mp3 player in the states

    whats the story with this, will it work ok here? do i need to buy another adapter?

    as with any US elctrical product you will need an adapter for the plug and maybe a different AC adapter if it does not switch between voltages.

    bought an RCA 40gig mp3 player in the states

    im using the US adapter here with one of those plugs you plug your razor or electric tootbrush charger into.

    Both mp3 players i've used (archos jukebox and ipod) can be charged via their USB/FireWire connections. I could never get a plug adaptor to fit my Archos so that's how I charge it all the time.
