Siné - Any Good?

Has anyone been in that Siné bar on the quays? Went to go into it the other evening but it looked dead so didn't bother. Anyone know what its like? What kind of clientele are generally in the place?

i was there back in november, went because a friend worked there. lets just say it wasn't the best.... and as for clientel... our little group of 5 were the only ones there...
