    actually that happened me once on irc.quakenet.org, typed #boards.ie an all, dunno why, ended up using the crappy chat room thing from the pull down menu

    Lump is right could easily have been a netsplit that did it. there quite common on dal.net but i've never seen one happen on quakenet.uk before or was it a pebkac problem agent smith?
