Does anyone know of anywhere in Dublin that sells and engraves pens? Preferably something that won't go over €100, as close to €50 as possible. Thanks a lot, ~Bob.

Find and buy the pen you want anywhere. Just take the pen along to any good high street jeweller's shop.
They should be able to do engrave it there and then.
