Ok maybe I missed something but why does Victor have 0 posts now? whats going on?

He passed 10,000 a good while ago.
His post count has been reset but all his posts still exist. Go to his profile and click the link on the top right "Search for all posts by this user" and they're all there.

Since there's 2 people who have had there post count zeroed permanently now i'm suprised they're not making it an option for the supporters pack to be honest. Cause I know a few people that would love to have a permanent post count of 0 (0.00) per day.
