The people that are engrossed is these kinds of videos are simply doing what the social media companies want, for people to stay on their platform as long as possible. The more horrific the story the better, people by nature engage way more with negative stories and confrontation online, all made to keep people on the platform. He was from Sudan and was in UK (via Dublin) on a 5-year visa. There will no doubt be questions asked over the processing of this individual and why no flags were raised.
