He's threatening to jail journalists now.

Seriously where are all the c*nts who were delighted to see him elected on this website? Every last one of them should be forced to answer for their disgusting support of this fascist.

Haven't seen Mister Anarchy or whatever he/she/it was called for a long while now. Although I'm sure its only a matter of him before they arrive back, dump some idiotic comment in here, and then vanish again. In true MAGA style.

I take absolutely no joy in it, but I have never hoped for the death of a human being as much. The future of the entire planet depends on the demise of this cretin.

    "Obama is worser"

    "Biden is mad"

    "I have never supported Trump"

Delete as applicable to generate your own MAGA soundbite.

They never managed to breach the 140 characters, no wonder Trumpy and Musky got on aswell!

If they voted for Trump because they fell for this line of utter horsesh1t they weren't just stupid.

They were morons of the highest order. And those are the nicer ones, the ones that didn't vote for hate and racism.

Whilst I don’t have a whole lot of respect for Starmer overall, in relation to dealing with Trump these last couple of months, he’s playing it well.

Trump calling Starmer Chamberlain just shows how grasping at straws Trump is playing at- can’t envisage anyone outside of the MAGA lunacy taking that comment seriously-

Trump has often tried to use analogies and comparisons to make his points - falling flat on his face pretty much every time- this time is no different. He’s trying to equate the run up to the start of WW2 to the current actions of Starmer - whereas we know, that if there’s one person in the world willing to start WW3, it’s Trump- more deflection.

I haven’t seen it but no surprise- it appears this is the fuel that MAGA survives on - their leader can rape women bomb children and insider trade the markets for his own personal gain- but as long as you mention Jesus and God Almighty every so often, you can do what you fcking like

Bad enough having to vote for a black woman, but one who laughs as well. No wonder they voted for the geriatric white male rapist with multiple bankruptcies behind him and a known sympathy for Russian and other autocrats.

We need to stop wondering why. Half the American voting public (depending on turnout on the day) are morally beyond rescue and will vote for whatever freak the GOP throws in front of them. I always use the example of Roy Moore who ran in an Alabama Senate election for the GOP some years back, despite being under investigation for sexually propositioning children in shopping malls. He still won 49% of the vote. The Democratic candidate, a white male and an accomplished civil rights lawyer, barely scraped in and lost his seat the first time he was up for re-election.

Trump tried everything in his power to overturn the 2020 election- bribery, incitement of absolute scumbags to insurrection, blackmail, bullying. The institutions these utter morons profess to love, held. Just.

In 2024 77m of them said, this is the man I trust to protect the constitution. Reality is lost to these people and there is absolutely no helping them. All we can do is try to help ourselves. We need to rid the world of the toxic stain that is American supremacy.

I don't drive, but I'll personally drive him there if he wants to go. And if we crash over a cliff, so be it.

trumps response to some of those questions in the press conference were just a jumble of unrelated phrases. He is an old confused sourpuss.

You would think there are still enough top military brass in power capable of defying orders from Trump if they’re illegal - but I wouldn’t want to put any money on that either.

Maga voters are another level of dumb. Getting what they deserve now. More wars and higher prices on goods. The opposite of what they voted for.

    Complete clowns.

There are so many strands to why Trump beat Harris that I think you'd need more than a short post on a forum to capture all the nuance. Voter education, an inflexible and non responsive constitution, cultural drift of the political elite from the population and increasing wealth inequality were all the causes of Trump imo

Trumps campaign managed to convince a majority of Americans that the democratic candidate was not on their side and did not align with their values. He convinced them that for example she believed gender was a choice, that she was ok with migration changing the nature of their communities etc. The vote was both one of protest and a belief that nothing ever changes. Basically one of owning the libs but not really expecting any consequences. The modern stasis in politics meant they felt that having him as president would result in little consequence.

In short, he beat Harris because it socked it to the other side and in that regard his degeneracy was a feature not a bug. Harris was always going to struggle as an establishment figure close to the democratic drift.

The mad thing though if if trump had played a safe ground game geopolitically and economically and focussed his energy on these social and cultural issues plaguing US discourse he'd probably be quite popular domestically and internationally.
