    Yes. If a player is rubbish all season and keeps getting picked regardless, then his colleagues waiting must wonder what they have to do. If your teammates are constantly doing the heavy lifting for you because you couldn't be arsed, then that also effects morale.

    Yep.

    It's annoying to see one of our best performers this season (yes, still) get hammed when the squad mismanagement has led him having to play every minute with no set RB, a new LB and new keeper.

    It's not the players lads. Most the team are early to mid 20s except Salah and VVD but the manager chooses to play low intensity, passive football. We could easily play with more aggression but the manager doesn't want it.

    His idea of football is slow and passive with bursts of intensity. It's possibly the worst style of play, as your default style is to be passive.

    Should have sacked Slot at the break, and rolled the dice on trying to get a weird new manager / new tactic bounce. As is, this season will set the club back a few years. It is what it is. Hopefully Alonso makes a horse race of it. At least next year we’ll play each game with 11 functioning players.
