    Hi.

    I'm interested in a TCL 65C7K.

    1. When (if ever) do you think you will have them in stock?
    2. Will it come with a 6 year warranty?

    Thanks

    Hi BlackBox.

    Thanks for the post.

At the minute it is looking like more stock will arrive into our main warehouse around the 12th March.
They will be priced £849 / €999 and it will include our VIP 6 year guarantee free of charge.

    Let me know your thoughts.

    Hey BlackBox.

If you want I can offer to pop a no obligation pre order onto our system for you and once the stock lands I can call you to finalise things up.

Thanks, but just leave it for the moment.

I need to satisfy myself that 65 is the right size for me. I'm upgrading from a 48.

    No problem at all Blackbox.

Just keep me posted should the 65" thoughts win.

    Hi Kenny.

I've decided a 65 inch would be the right size. Can you please put me down for a pre-order.

    Thanks,

    BB

Hi Kenny, I'm interested in this TV but see the price listed at €1048. Would the €999 still be honoured? Also just from browsing I see a clearance C8K 65 inch at €1198. Is this literally just an opened box one or what would the status of the TV be? Don't really know the difference between the C7K or C8K but might be willing to go for that!!

This is a bit weird. I read this thread about 2 weeks ago and decided that it seemed like a good option at €999, and sent an email asking to be put down for a preorder & informed when it's in stock. I check the website now and see that it's available to buy (no email/call?), and the price mentioned here of £849 / €999 has become £829/€1048. The price in Pounds is lower than was stated here, and yet the price in Euro has gone up. What gives?

    Hi Mozz89.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
    We were closed yesterday.

It price has increased in Euro to the €1048 but you are free to pay in sterling it it works out to be the cheaper deal for you.
You do not have to pay in Euro.

Pricing is the same as our competitors in that Region.

I don't see a pre order on our system for you unfortunately.

You can purchase in sterling below for home delivery:

    https://www.richersounds.ie/p-209454-tcl-65c7k-6yr-65-inch-qd-mini-led-4k-ultra-hd-hdr-smart-tv.aspx

The sterling price works out much cheaper that €999 and the current €1048.
Again you do NOT have to pay in euro and can pay in whichever currency works out to be the cheapest.

    Hi Hayezer.

Unfortunately the open box 65C8 was purchased over night online and is no longer avialable.

Stock of the 65C7 is already running low as they have been flying out the door.

Hi Kenny, is the 65C7K a better TV than the 65Q9BK?

  • Company Representative Posts: 18,452 ✭✭✭✭Richersounds.ie: Kenny

    Hi MCW92.

The 65C7 has more dimming zones and a higher contrast.

The 65C7 is the one that everyone tends to go for as it is fantastic value for money.

Stock is getting low on the 65C7.

    Hey Entonces.

They flew out of our main warehouse.

We are still waiting on an ETA for both the 55 and 65C7.
Nothing on our incomings at the moment unfortunately.

We still have some of the 65C8 in stock
