Marlay Park earlier blocking a pedestrian entrance to the Courtyard. Two yards away behind the wall just to the left of the van is a large almost empty parking and unloading area for the business owners and their suppliers.

First picture was one of the worst I've seen. That's part of the actual road around the car park. Brought it down to one lane. Second one was just a lazy fat prick who couldn't have parked in any number of spots less than a minute away.
