Settlement agreement

    Hi all. Just looking for some information around time frames.

    Settlement talks happened at the start of March as part of the divorce process. Agreement reached. How long will it take the barrister to draft the agreement (and receive this draft) and what it the waiting time for a court date?

    Hi,

    In my sibling's case the agreement was drafted on the day by the barristers and signed by both parties. They then had their court hearing three months later and were divorced.
