Anyone know what franchise/ s he plans to have there if planning is eventually approved ?

Bray has never been a good place for car dealerships

I imagine they’re playing the long game on the Boghall site - WCC were never likely to Grant permission here, but the Appeals Board might. It contravenes the Local Area Development Plan, so WCC won’t go against that.

As I’ve mentioned in other threads 😉 most things in life are essentially based on use. The Boghall site is zoned ‘Employment Use' and a motor dealership is considered 'Retail Use'.

Mg really needs to increase dealer network, Naas road only really suits southwest Dublin.

Alot of other areas not covered like waterford city. Dealer in sligo.closed down and connollys make a success of most things
