Car has been registered new in the UK with wrong engine size in the log book. It's a US spec car so no COC cert is available. The car will be exported in the future at some stage but it will not be possible to register in the new country since the engine size is wrong (that's what they said). So Revenue says the COC is needed to change the engine size in the log book. It's a US spec car. No COC present.

I could be well off but I think since it was registered with wrong engine in UK surely you will have to chase up in the UK to change it first before even thinking about exporting it.
