Repositioning units in a bathroom, is this possible?

I'm based in an apartment a couple stories up.

I have a small shower and toilet on one side of the bathroom.

A sink in the middle.

And a tub that stretches wall to wall on the other side.

I want to get rid of the tub.

Move the sink to where the tub faucet was, move the toilet to where the sink was, and install a bigger shower (it would also be awesome if I could get a bidet in beside the newly positioned toilet).

The drain from the toilet would have to be re-routed, based on it's current position, that seems possible?

The drain from the small shower could presumably be re-purposed for the new.

Faucet from the tub used for the new sink location.

All things considered, is it advisable/possible to move fixtures in a bathroom, and based on the above, does it sound possible?

Did it last year. Similar and awful layer in our bathroom. Bath in front of the window was never used.... threw it out and rearranged the fitting and its great now. Cost including tiles labour electrician etc etc about 11,500.

Can definitely be done, our toilet and sink position were changed when we got our bathroom renovated. Our bath was changed to a shower, and all the bath plumbing (which was above the floor) was removed. Initial guide quote if we had gone with generic everything was just under 10,000. We paid an extra 3,000 on that quote as we went with fancier specs for vanity, sink, shower tray, toilet roll holder and cabinet. Also brass/gold instead of chrome finish on everything added to costs.

Used Griffeen bathrooms in Lucan, was very pleased.

Good point in the above comment, these renovations were in houses presumably?

Curious would it be dramatically different in an apartment (other apartments above and below it).

That needs to be very clear between the two parties. If your landlord does it will be fairly basic with generic parts. If you pay for it yourself you can pick nicer tiles, fitting and porcelein. You can have nicer feature art tiles. Just remember you cant take it with you when you go and you shouldnt spend any more than 20 minutes a day. So measure your investment to materials accordingly. This is really an issue for your landlord.

I own my own place so I can do what I please but it is not my forever home. My first floor bathroom has wooden floors, it could also be done for concrete ground floors but it would take more digging out.

The OP on the other hand does have a landlord so certainly won't be doing any of these works themselves so questioning the point of the thread at all along with the other 10 or so they have about renovating bathrooms/heat pumps/specialist insulation etc.
