Is anyone else sick of cars undertaking in the inside lane at roundabouts to skip traffic?

Every day, it's the same thing with cars using the inside lane on the Maldron roundabout to save what? Maybe 5 minutes?

there was garda there for a while last summer but it soon stopped
the need to be back out to stop these assholes
Motorists also need to stop turning one lane into two northbound on approach to that roundabout, motorists driving in the hard shoulder thinking they are being helpful to other motorists overtaking on a continuous white line towards oncoming southbound traffic. Impatient fools

there is the wider issue that TII have done nothing to fix the problems that exist on the ring road
